[Imc] DRAFT of Urbana IMC Web Site

Sascha and all, 

Don't send the URL out yet, except maybe as a lure to potential IMCers for
what is to come (definately don't broadcast it to listservs). That URL is
very temporary and the site is confusing because the links don't all work.  

Let's give out the URl when this design is mapped onto the groogroo site
and the groogroo version is functioning at least minimally.  We could try
to get it up by the end of Thanksgiving weekend?
