[Imc] getting incorporated update...

molly and i spent the afternoon finding, downloading, and filling out
various documents.

here's what we will need to do by the end of next meeting (oct 15th):

to incorporate:  
1.  we need a name; 
2.  a board of directors (of at least 3 people); 
3.  "purposes of the corporation" statement -- molly has this bit of
legalese already; 
4.  3 more people to witness the articles of incorporation; 
5.  and $50...

to get our ein (employee identification number -- also very important to
getting ourselves up and running): 
1.  the name -- piece of cake.

in the future (after next meeting) we will be working towards getting
501.c.3 status (not-for-profit).
