My Newspoem sums it up:

The media
Had us on the edge
Of our seats
The Republicans had said
"We are going to take back Urbana."
They must've been doing TJ Marching Powder
Clean sweep for good government!
Leave us with Tod
That's close enough
Right?
The only question remaining
How Green was my city?

That said, it was a all Democrat in Urbana (except for Joe W.) and no
independent
No reports on the Weiss results
Right wing drift apparent in Champaign school board, but the worst one
didn't win (J. McGuire of CFTV)
Single member county board districts down in flames (about 60/40)
Fisher MIGHT end Prohibition.
Sorry I don't have firmer figures, i was trying to read anthropolgy
while watching the results on TV (must be something symbolic in here
somewhere.)
