[Imc] call for news items for 4/16

I'm tentatively scheduled to cover the 6-7 WEFT slot next Monday, 4/16,
talking about the lawsuit against Unit 4 schools. I'll know for sure after the
programming committee meets tonight.

I'll plan to follow the "public affairs" format IMC did before, beginning the
hour with local news items, 150 words (or less, or more, as appropriate to the
info). Pauline has volunteered to read them with me.
