Global IMC Finances: UCIMC Finance group is ready for whatever global
finance decides.

Fiscal Sponsorship of Global IMC: Finance group is ready for whatever
global finance decides.

New IMC budget will be drawn up by Sascha and Mike in January 2002.

Jenny will be booking shows in 2002 -- 25% of proceeds will go to a "band
slush fund"; 25% will go to general IMC operations; 50% will go to the
bands.

Capital Donor Fund:  Sascha will talk with Sarah about coordinating this.

New Funding Sources: finance team will look for new opportunities to raise
funds for the IMC.

Arts Venue:  The IMC is the only comprehensive arts venue in downtown
Urbana and we would like to bring more shows to the area.  Brian and Clint
will investigate getting city funding to help support arts in downtown
Urbana.

Open Mic/Cabaret:  Brian & Darrin will begin coordinating for January.
Date may be moved back from Jan 4th to have more time.
