[Imc] for the grantwriters

Although the Grantwriters are meeting this sunday after the larger IMC 
meeting, I wanted to bring this to people's attention ASAP.

The Tides Foundation seems like a good prospect for funding for the IMC. I 
think we should at least send in a Letter of Inquiry (recommended length 
only two pages) by the deadline of January 22.

Should I get on this? Or does anyone else volunteer?
