[Imc] public interest fund of Illinois

Hi,

Has anyone looked into the public interest fund of Illinois as a source of
income for the IMC? They do payroll deductions and distribute money to
organizations like WEFT and Prairienet. I don't know much about it about
it but it seems like a good thing to look into (if people haven't
already). 

I think that Esther Patt, Laura Huth and Ruth Wyman know more about it
(and perhaps some of you IMC folks do too.)
