[Imc] taste of champaign

sounds like a plan.  unless more people volunteer, then the imc will only
be present at the Taste of Champaign on Saturday from 11-2 and Sunday from
11-2.  short duration, but in the height of activity.  we work with what
we have.

any more volunteers?
