[Imc] meetings at the taste

oops, i forgot that the sunday steering committee isn't meeting this
sunday.  outreach will be meeting at the taste (primarily to talk to the
other co-ops at the taste about the co-op festival we're planning).
people who would go to the steering committee should go to the taste, to
support those there.  the news group will still meet at the imc.

the imc currently will only be at the taste on saturday from 11-2 and
sunday from 11-2.  if more people wish to volunteer, we can have a longer
presence there.  also, if people wish to help set-up, meet at the imc on
saturday and/or sunday at 9 (all vehicles have to be off of west side park
by 10 am).  if people can help take-down, meet at the West Side Park by
1:30 (saturday and/or sunday).

thanks for all the help, in advance.  let's see what kind of image we can
generate!
