[Imc] 12-2 weekday hours

Well, I don't know if anyone's noticed, but I've been having trouble
making my 12-2 hours on time (and sometimes at all) now that summer 
classes have started up. So maybe we should take me off the actual
schedule, and leave it open if someone can actually staff that time
reliably? I'll still show up when I can, though tomorrow I'm most likely
not going to be able to make it.
