[Imc] digital camera

Right now we can get a new 2 megapixel digital camera for $300-400 at an
on-line auction like Ubid.com -- more if we go through a normal dealer. I
don't know what the budget looks like right now -- the tech group is
quickly learning that the time required to make donated computers usable is
pretty enormous, so we're contemplating buying new computers for important
tasks.

Also, we really need a digital camcorder.

As far as the tech group goes, these things have to be placed in a priority
list. If you think a digital camera is most important, perhaps you should
make the case to the tech group and/or take it to the steering group.
