Space Working Group Minutes 10-10-01

Present Sascha M., Brian H., Mike L., and Russ R.

The group discussed a proposal to put a US flag in the window.   The pros
and cons were discussed stemming mainly from a discussion at the IMC
earlier.  It was decided that in the interest of neutrality that we would
not display the flag, nor display the wage peace sign, and place no
displays in the window.  Further decision on displaying the flag or other
items in the window well be discussed at the Steering Committee.

The group discussed the fight at the IMC that occurred last week.  The
group decided not to exclude any group just because a visitor to an event
become unruly.  However it was decided to look into our rental agreement
to more explicitly note that illegal activities are not to occur at the
IMC including underage drinking.
