 Whether the speculation that interest in Caspian
Basin oil is not high on the U.S. foreign policy
agenda is debatable.  Also, I don't agree with the
author's statement that the usually close-minded,
ham-handed approach to foreign aid that this nation's
government takes will lead to "stability" in Central
Asia.  However, at least eurasianet.org publicizes
truly global issues from other countries'
perspectives.  You also can access foreign media links
from eurasianet.org  Peace.
