Ice-T is a rapper and actor...he was one of the first "gangsta rappers",
has been in a few movies, and is now on one of the LAw & Orders. He talks
about the First Amendment because of his experiences dealing with the song
"Cop Killer", which his band Body Count did. The song became an issue in
the 1992 presidential campaign, and his rapping career was eventually
thrown off course, and his contract with TIme Warner terminated.
