Just a quick note on phone calls:  if you receive an anonymous phone call 
you believe to be harassing, after hanging up you can dial *69 to get the 
caller's number.  It is possible for the caller to block this, but you'd be 
surprised how many don't.

When you get the number I don't advise calling back, since it'll probably 
only escalate the situation, but we should be sure to document it.  The IMC 
staff book is probably the best place if you're at the IMC.
