This one was a real eye-opener--I had to share it.  It's is the third place in recent days that I've heard Dr. Gouttierre of UNO mentioned (the other two being on a recent Democracy Now! interview with Amy, and a short AP release in a recent Snooze Gazzette).  It appears that this is a person who attention should be paid to, in light of recent events.  Peace everyone.
