Hi all,

I thought it might be interesting for folks to look over the Seattle IMC's
structure documentation.  They are using a process that is both quite
similar to ours, but also differs in multiple key aspects.  I think it is
very interesting to see what other IMCs have created.  Also, they have
distilled information about the consensus process into a very brief
overview that is clear, concise, and an easy read.  We have been
(informally) following this sort of structure, and again, it might be
useful for people to look it over since we do use a consensus-based
process for decision-making.  It is all available at:
