Shows committee minutes 8-28-02:

In attendance: Sascha, Jenny, Zoe, Jane, Arun, Jason, Alex, Cassie, Molly, 
Amy, Zach

I. Gallery
-initial draft proposal submitted to steering committee, sent back and 
revisions made
-benefit show for gallery planned for Oct. 15
-No taking down or moving art to be allowed to prevent damage
-Molly & Sascha will help paint room
-Issue with Halloween events
	*concerns about the time taken away from exhibits
	*Stricter restrictions will be needed for middle room now
	*concerns about possible damage
	*Amy and Sascha will address Jason’s concerns at steering meeting
	*Brian should attend a meeting so that a compromise can be met
II. New People - interests
	Zoe – sound, booking shows, flyering in campus and Urbana
	Jane – flyering pretty much anywhere
*Side note: New Restrictions for flyering in Champaign; suggestion: include a 
note on actual fly to not flyer in Champaign.
	Alex – sound, booking, etc.
	Cassie – CIA networking

*Shows templates – if interesting in graphic design email Jason
