[Imc] installing software

hey folks, don't install software on the production room unless you know
how (and where) to install it (non-freeware programs should probably be
installed by tech, anyways, to make sure we have licenses and stuff).
programs should not be installed on the c: drive on either mojo or sergei,
because the c:drive is for system info and fills up pretty fast (even
though a lot of programs want to default to installing to the c:drive).
