[Imc] don't forget to shut down

I stopped by the IMC at 9:15 this morning and found a light, two
computers, and the cash register on.  If you're the last person at the
IMC, please make sure everything that can be shut down, turned off, or
otherwise disconnected from the juice is.  It's not just good for the
IMC's $$--it has the added bonus of being bad for Illinois Power/Dynergy.
