The steering meeting is Sundays Noon - 1PM. Everyone is welcome and 
invited, regardless of membership status.  Everyone may participate in 
decision making. The steering group is not a board of directors, it is not 
a representative body.  We work on consensus of all who are 
present.  Unfortunately, too often only those who must be present are.
