[Imc] IMC improvements and cleaning:

Today Mike Lehman and I spent about 6 hours building production-room
shelves and cleaning the IMC.  The production room and back room are now
cleaned and organized.  Look for new mailboxes and minidisk shelves coming
soon.  If there are other projects that need to be done, please contact
the Space working group <space at ucimc.org>.
