[Imc] Suggest a new name for IMC radio news

The newsgroup is deciding on a new name for the IMC newshour at next 
sunday's news group meeting.

The newsgroup will be meeting with the WEFT Programming Committee on January 
23rd to do a year in review, and propose that IMC radio news will be cut to 
a half an hour, followed by free speech radio news, starting on Januray 
28th. The new time slot needs a new name.
