ok, so what does the note "sergei is hosed" mean and who wrote it?  and
above all
who was messing around inside of sergei?  sergei is useable by the public,
and is NOT to administered by the public.  if there is a problem with it,
let me (or someone on the tech group) know about it.  be precise as to
what the problem is.  by no means should anyone but brian, or anyone on
the tech group who has talked with brian, be opening up sergei and messing
around with the hardware.  when i went to boot it up, someone had pulled
sergei so far out that the video cables were pulled out!
