I concur. We'll take it up on Sunday. Hopefully, the "CAPLOCK CRETIN"'s
embarassment, as expressed in the comment he made, is genuine and a
lesson learned that we won't protect him from his own stupidity, but we
will protect the website from his abuse.

For the future, I think we need to consider this pattern of "DANNY"'s
(or whatever his real name is) behavior as a action item if this sort of
stuff continues. Whether he is really as stupid as he pretends to be or
is actually intending to be as disruptive to the functioning of a news
website as it appears from his actions is something that is irrelevant
to the fact that he seems more interested in getting attention than in
expressing any actual opinion. If it's stupid, mispelled, and in all
caps, it appears to have been his work regardless of the name he uses.

Such a policy doesn't need to specifically point to him. Rather, I think
the use of all caps for more than a brief part of any article (say one
sentence) is considered to be generally impolite and anti-social and
tends to bring the website as a whole into disrepute. However, I don't
intend to press this issue at this time, in the absence of further such
behavior. Comments and input are on this situation are, of course,
welcome at any time.
