[Imc] reminder: capital fundraising meeting tonight!

hi all,

just a last minute reminder... as previously reported, there will be an
initial capital fundraising meeting tonight to decide whether to go
forward with fundraising, to plan logistics, and decide whether to
recommend buying the building the IMC is currently housed in (a final
decision would be made by the steering group).
