WEFTies and IMCers,

The Monday, 6-7pm slot will soon be open while the "Friday Forum" goes on
hiatus for the spring and summer. This means that the following Monday
night slots will be open:

5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29,
8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2, and 9/9.

That's a total of 19 slots! These slots are ideal for folks who'd like to
produce a one-time-only program, a short-series, or suggest a pre-produced
program from somewhere else. Folks with active proposals may apply, too.

Traditionally, this slot has been filled with news and public affairs
programs, but the Programming Committee welcomes proposals of all types.

To submit a proposal for a locally produced program, send me the following:
Your name, phone, email, street address, whether or not you are a trained
WEFT airshifter, experience with WEFT (if you have any), volunteer
commitment at the station (if you have one), name of proposed show or
series, description of show or series, and why WEFTshould carry it (how the
show contributes to WEFT's mission).

If you want WEFT to carry a program produced from elsewhere, send program
info. to me, what the program costs if anything, your contact info. and
affiliation with WEFT (if any) and a sample of the program (when possible).

The PC will accept proposals for 30 and 60 minute shows.

For more information or if you have any questions, please ask.

Thanks.

Kimberlie
