[IMC] Need help with nonprofit media study

To when this may concern,
I'm a graduate student at Tulane University in New Orleans. Myself and a team of students are performing some pro bono consulting work for The Lens, a nonprofit investigative journalism outfit that publishes online at http://www.thelensnola.org/. The Lens wants to diversify its funding sources and has asked us to find out how other nonprofit media firms generate revenue outside of grants.
