[IMC] Please participate in a study on association governance

Dear CEO/Executive Director,On Monday, November 26, you will receive an email request from Arlene Pietranton, ASAE Foundation President, to participate in a survey of board performance and good governance practices on behalf of your organization (or chapter), the Urbana Champaign Independent Media Center.
The first of its kind for membership organizations, this survey is being led by researchers from Indiana University’s acclaimed nonprofit management program and funded by the ASAE Foundation.  The results will be shared with all who participate.   
We will send you an email on Monday with an electronic link to the survey.  Please look out for it.
A good response rate is essential to the success of this study.  This survey is intended for the staffperson in your organization who works most closely with the board of directors. Normally, that is the Executive Director.
