*C4A Live at Indi Go* kicks off at the Indi-Go Artist Co-op, 9 E.
University Ave., in the heart downtown Champaign. At 7 p.m. on Oct. 18.
Matt Croisant, local musician and faculty member at the Community Center
for the Arts, will perform his personal blend of acoustic folk, blues,
old-time music and classic rock.**

Croisant is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, where he studied
music composition.  In addition to acoustic guitar, he also plays the bass
guitar, ukulele, and mandolin.

*C4A Live at Indi Go *will be a regular monthly concert series at 7 p.m. on
the third Thursday of every month.  Musicians from the Community Center for
the Arts, in downtown Urbana, will play music from their combined
repertoire of classical, world folk, and popular music. Indi Go Artist
Co-op is a gallery that provides a local venue for emerging and established
artists to enrich the Champaign-Urbana community. Admission to the concerts
is free and the event is open to the public.**

In November, on Thursday, 11/15, Robin Kearton, Tom Faux, and Sam Payne
will play their conversational mix of old-time tunes and Americana.

“C4A’s music faculty is made up of some of our community’s best performers
who play in a wide range of styles. It will be a great opportunity for
folks to come out on a Thursday night, relax and enjoy some great music.
And Indi Go’s gallery is an intimate space that offers a wonderful
alternative to the bar scene for listening to music and connecting with the
musicians,” said Joe Reichlin, events coordinator at C4A. “We’re excited by
the opportunity to build connections between the Urbana and Champaign art
scenes by working together with Indi Go,” he added.
