[IMC] Computer help

Hello,

I am writing from The Urbana Free Library.  We just got a call from an 
Urbana citizen who wanted to know if we could help "clean up his 
computer."  I'm assuming he's gotten some sort of virus or too many 
fragmented programs that are slowing things down.  This is not a service 
we offer, but someone mentioned that they thought IMC helped people with 
this.  Is this correct?
