[IMC] Building Hours

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been unable to reach you at your listed telephone number. The number on your web page rings and disconnects.  The Postal Service has received many complaints the erratic hours kept for the Post Office Box Lobby.  They are complaining about Sunday hours the most and the late unlocking of the doors in the morning.  Last Saturday the door was never unlocked until our clerk noticed.  Please contact me at my email address or call me at 337-6330.  This situation must be rectified immediately.

We also have questions about our utility bills.  Please have your financial officer contact me as well.
