[IMC] Boycott the University of Illinois

All nations and peoples of the world must Boycott the University of Illinois.
 
Do not invest, trade, or exchange ideas or any thing of value with this modern Terrorist-supporting state.
 
Whereas:
 
The University of Illinois, a public university located in Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, and Springfield;
 
Now as a matter of public policy, this agency employs and continues to knowingly employ an outspoken terrorist once wanted by INTERPOL, an international police agency, as a person known as Charles Pape, a.k.a James William Kilgore, a citizen born in the United States of America;
 
Accused and Convicted of: Murder in the course of bank robbery, and,
 
Accused and Convicted of: Intentional possession of an explosive device designed to produce death and injury of multiple persons, and,
 
Accused and Convicted of: International Passport Fraud committed in 1994 across international and peaceful borders; it is determined,
 
James William Kilgore has violated the international public trust and is unfit and unqualified to teach at any level and in any place at any point in time as he has intentionally violated the necessary trust and confidence, education or pubic credentials, of many or most students or the unsuspecting public;
 
Be It Resolved:
 
James William Kilgore has no claims to a job of any value not promised to him, and further, he brings the University of Illinois into shame when he uses the public's flagship university's name to forward a demented and unnatural private and, at times, singular, agenda of continued crime and disgrace.
 
No person, nation-state, U.S. state government, or the United States of America shall support or give aid or comfort to such a convicted domestic enemy of the country as described in the U.S. Constitution, adopted 1787. As long as James Kilgore says he will or has committed political crimes against the government and people of the United States of America, he remains a danger to the common welfare and public peace of the world. All peace-loving nations shall desist in trading with the University of Illinois.
