[IMC] IMC Board Meeting + minutes from February

The next IMC Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 15 6-8pm --
members of the IMC and the general public are welcome to attend. Some
of the issues up for discussion include:

-FY16 budget update
-Funds for facilities improvements
-Proposals for new programming.

Attached please find the full agenda for the meeting. Also attached
are minutes from the February Board meeting.
