[IMC] Art Gallery + coffee shop?

Good day,

My sister is exploring the possibility of creating an art-themed coffee
shop (in a different city); not the kind that caters to wifi parasites at
all, but rather where one can go to admire, discuss and critique (and even
purchase) pieces of art over a cup of caffè latte. I think she has in mind
an atmosphere more like The Bread Company as opposed to Intermezzo.

Do we have anything like that in the Champaign-Urbana area for comparison?
