<font size=3>zack's proposal for working at the IMC sounds great.
i've been looking at various law stuff to see how it would impact our
non-profit status and it doesn't look like this would be a problem.
the only problem i could possibly find would be if the IMC was directly
subsidizing zack's work and he was a politician. in fact, because
zack's services are an in-kind donation that greatly outways any benefits
(in terms of money and resources) that he receives from the IMC, even a
paranoid reading of non-profit laws leaves us plenty of breathing
room.<br>

personally, i think the IMC would benefit greatly from having someone in
the space for eight hours a day and as long as zack is willing to adjust
his worklife to make this possible, i think we should take him up on his
offer.<br>
