[Imcamericorps] Fwd: [IMC] Organize a call-in party to push low power radio through Congress next week!

If you're counting your staffing as AmeriCorps hours, you cannot do any
lobbying or solicit others to do so, which is, I am fairly certain, what
this is :(

What you can do, is just call in on your own time and let your friends know
to call.
