[Imcamericorps] Staffing Numbers

I know it's everyone's favorite topic, but we're losing patron and
volunteer numbers from the staffing record. I'm guilty, too.

The staffing numbers are pretty important. They'll help us get money.
They'll also help justify our employment :)
