   - Submit time away form for Thanksgiving by this Friday
      - Ditto w/ Christmas
      - This is a scheduling matter b/c the IMC is not closed on those
      holidays
      - Brian: Can we make a holiday Google calendar? Kristina: I’ll do it
   - Time sheet policy
      - Submission of time sheets is responsibility of member; the last day
      of its reporting period is the due date
      - Any member that submits it late gets a warning
      - This is a very serious violation for the audit
         - We do not want an ACORN-level audit!
      - If this continues to a problem, pay can be withheld until the end of
      the service date
         - Carol: I do not want to do this; please submit yr time sheets on
         time!
      - This should be a simple issue! & this is the 2nd quarter, time
      sheets should not be late
   - Please pay your contribution for the upcoming AmeriCorps dinner!
      - Rev. Bogan’s wife is so gracious for offering to prepare us all
      dinner
      - Rev. Bogan: Thank you to everyone for coming to my “humble abode”
         - Special guests: Prof. Abdul Alkalimat, Prof. of Afro-American
         studies & UC2B proponent
      - Austin: I need numbers from all IMC groups of the # of people that
   have walked in the IMC door at least once since 2005; this is for a tax
   abatement request from the city of Urbana: we are asking for money to repair
   our building b/c we are an engine of downtown revitalization
      - Please contact me with any questions!
