[Imcamericorps] need student members of the imc

I don't know anything about a student waiver form. I think the SOP for the
IMC has been to not charge students the full amount (or really any amount [a
mistake]) for their membership. That is, there is, to my knowledge, no
formal waiver, just a verbal one that we give to anyone who cannot pay the
full amount for a membership.
