** PLEASE NOTE THAT QUAD DAY IS AUGUST 21! WE WANT EVERYONE TO HELP MAKE
THIS A SUCCESS! **

It is my honest opinion that participation in Quad Day will determine
whether or not we have a successful event. Attached is a sign up sheet. We
need all Working Groups of the IMC to be present and participate. Of course,
there are rules in terms of what we are allowed to do, but there is no limit
to how many volunteers we can have. Please sign up via the Google Document
below so that we are all on the same page.

The 10 AM-noon people are the most important people!!! Until noon hits, we
do not have the space secured. If we fail to check in and be present at the
booth until noon, we will lose our slot and our ability to recruit will be
negatively impacted. If you sign up for this slot, we ALL will rely on you
to come through!!
