Thanks for doing the floors, they really look great! They should be easier to keep clean now with the wax. I know you put a lot of work into making sure they look good.

Hi all,

The floors are starting too look new again with the new wax down. And with new wax, comes a new cleaning method of the floors. If by chance, and I do mean by chance, anyone of the IMC decides to want to clean the floor because of the foot prints or what ever the case maybe. I ask that you use really cold water and no cleaning solutions. Reason is because the cleaning solutions would potentially eat the new wax and if any type of warm water/hot water is use, it can cause the wax to separate and then once the wax cools off, you will start to see water spots because the warm/hot water has now got underneath the wax.
       So again just really cold water and no cleaning solution please. Have a great weekend!
