[Imcamericorps] NEW LOCATION FOR NON-WIKI DOCS

[IMC Docs]

Hi all,

This is an email to hold all mission-critical work that isn't going onto
the wiki.

It is important because when people own their own docs, we sometimes lose
those docs when they leave the IMC. If you leave and modify your doc
structure or stop using that account, whoever has access to your docs will
not be able to read or download them anymore.

NOTE:  Please ensure any doc is put in Collections so docs can be found
easily. Thank you!
