Over the past weekend, we moved several states/programs to a new server to
help alleviate bottlenecks that cause the system to slow down during busy
reporting periods.

Please alert your *members* to log in using the actual URL your state or
program was assigned, *do not use existing bookmarks.

*If anyone needs help remembering their unique URL (web address), we have
published them on our website (see sidebar). * *  Enable Pop-Ups Please!
Many of our online forms use browser "pop-up" windows to remind users to
complete their forms, and point out where missing, incorrect, or incomplete
data could cause the submission to fail.
