Big thanks to Zach for dealing with this situation so well, despite
all the problems imposed by Sol Tec.

I think we all owe Zach our thanks for keeping ucimc.org running all
these years throughout all the spam attacks, software changes and all
the other myriad problems that come with hosting an internet server.
