[Makerspace-keymembers] Info on Lease Renewal

Our lease has expired.  Durl sent me this info concerning renewal.  Let me
know what you think.

If Makerspace renews its lease for one year a 3% increase will be applied
to its current monthly rent of $309, so it will be $318.54.  We can round
that to $318 as far as I am concerned.
If Makerspace should sign up for just a one year lease, there likely will
be an increase in rent the following year.

If Makerspace should choose to sign a two year lease, there would be a 3%
increase this year, but a 0% increase in year two.

The fifty dollar payback would continue through June, so your new rental
total for the next three months would be $368 and reduce to $318 starting
in July.
