[Makerspace-keymembers] Info on Lease Renewal

How much exactly would we expect to save on the 2nd year? If it's only around $150 of savings then maybe taking on a $4000 commitment isn't worth it.

Also, if we're considering finding a larger/more accessible space, I think doing that in a year is realistic. We just need to figure out who the right people are to spearhead that effort.
