 Season's Greetings Liz and Jeff,

 Jeff Ginger recommended I contact you concerning the Urbana Maker Space.
My name is Aaron Carlin, the coordinator for Champaign Public Library's
2014 Home School Fair. I hope this email finds you well amidst this
bustling holiday season. The time is nearing for our biennial Home School
Fair. We'd like to invite you to participate on Saturday, April 19th, 2014
from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

We host this for parents who are currently home schooling their children or
are interested in home schooling their children in the future. The home
school fair is designed for parents to connect with community organizations
in order to provide the ultimate educating experience. We invite you to
participate in this fair with us. Tables will be available for local
not-for-profit organizations to use to provide handouts to promote their
programming.

 With your participation, families will learn about what your organization
has to offer their children as well as an opportunity for you to promote
your programs to area families. If you are interested in *reserving a full
size or half sized table* to represent your organization please e-mail me
at *acarlin at champaign.org <acarlin at champaign.org>* or call me at* 403-2030*.
If you are not able to have a representative present on the day of the
fair, you are welcome to provide fliers or handouts to make available to
the parents and organizers attending the fair. All materials should be
delivered to the library by April 11th. We are expecting around 150
attendees and would like to have about 100 of each item. Additionally, if
you know any families who *are* currently home schooling or are interested
in learning more about home schooling, please help us spread the word about
the fair.
