Hi Jeff,

The IMC Anniversary Planning Committee is looking at Thursday, October 8,
2015-Sunday, October 11, 2015 for a weekend long anniversary celebration of
15 years of the IMC and 10 years in the building, along with many other
major accomplishments.

These dates are tentative because we want to make sure all working groups
are available and do not have any major events planned for this weekend as
well.

Please let me know if this weekend works for Makerspace AND if your working
group can dedicate a representative to be the point person for anniversary
event planning.   And please share an invitation to all your members to
join the Anniversary Planning Committee - we are in the early stages of
planning and the more the merrier!  Anyone interested can email me,
Michelle, at michellejett1 at gmail.com for the next meeting details.

Please let me know by Wednesday, April 22nd if your working group has any
conflicts with the proposed weekend.
