Thank you for being a vendor in our 5th Annual Champaign-Urbana Pride
Festival!  Your support was invaluable to the success of the event and the
support to the community.  As you may know, over 2,000 people attended and
feedback was extremely positive.

The 6th Annual Champaign-Urbana Pride Festival will take place on Saturday
September 19, 2015 from 2p.m. to 9p.m in Downtown Champaign.  This year’s
event theme is “Love Wins”.

Like in past years, this year’s CU Pride Fest will feature booths with
local artists, vendors, and community organizations.  There will also be a
parade this year starting at 5pm.  Proceeds from the Pride Festival go
toward supporting The UP Center in sustaining and promoting our mission,
which is to further the well-being and development of the lesbian, gay,
bisexual, and transgendered community of Champaign County.

Your help will not only support the UP Center in planning this year’s Pride
Festival, but also its general programming. Our services meet the needs of
LGBTQ adults, families, and youth across Champaign County. The UP Center
plays a vital role in our community by working with and serving as a
resource for underserved and vulnerable populations such as rural LGBTQ
youth, individuals who’ve experienced homelessness, and those who’ve
endured bullying in schools.

Your support will help in tackling these important social issues.
